- Opening Diameter: 6" Overall Diameter: 8" .The bag about 8 - 9 inch foot deep and Hatch bag is not 100% waterproof. Snap and screw-in style plates. You will need to use silicone waterproof sealants on each of the eight screw holes to prevent water from seeping through the holes. Flange has beveled edge, pry-out notch and eight countersunk fastener holes. Flange is predrilled for #8 screws.
